Disguise

So overrated.... yet underrated.

For whatever reason or not, I felt like putting up that particular away message because I'm listening to Bloc Party - Banquet and one of the verses in it mentions about being "underrated." Today was really rather uneventful. I got up and mowed the yard. That took a good 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I then took a much needed shower and went to the girls game down at the field. They lost 15-11 but they really did play well overall and it turns out that amanda got a homerun, and vicki got a triple out of the deal, so yeah. They played the Tyler Knights and Richard Long is their coach. Grrrr, that man drives me insane. I mean, he just nit-picks at EVERY little detail. The pitcher is slightly pulling her foot off the rubber and that's illegal, that was fielder interference, she gets and extra base not just to second, blah blah blah. Makes me want to hurl *sly, evil grin staring off into space*. I pointed out the illegal pitch as soon as she pitched it but I definitly did not make a big deal out of it. Alright, enough rant about him. It's just that I grew up with him coaching Sistersville softball and he gradually moved up with me and now he is starting over again with his own daughter. Well, after the game, I took a couple people home and then drove around for a bit. I came home, fixed me some dinner, and watched some I Love Lucy. Shannon and my mom came home from New Martinsville with Baristas; needless to say, I was jealous. I watched a lot of tv tonight because it seems like there is nothing else to do anymore. I mean, not everyone is out yet and we just don't hang out like we used to. We are pretty much the most boring people you would ever care to meet, but that doesn't mean we aren't cool. Marcus and John are going fishing tomorrow so I bet either Meredith will want to do something or something will come up. I really don't care one way or the other. We'll see how things go. I enjoy staying home and just chilling out, but I also enjoy hanging out with my friends too. I haven't really spent much time with them since we got back from Morgantown. Speaking of Morgantown, that is where Jedidiah is tonight. I bet he is drinking lots of beer, that child molesting bastard. He isn't really a child molester, just so you know (in case anyone other than one of my friends reads this and doesn't know him). He just has the molesterstache and has long black hair. Yeah, looks like the typical molester if there is even a norm for that. I got an extra loan for next semester, which is really awesome. I mean, it is the subsidized one. That means that the government pays for the interest intead of it accruing or me paying while in school. HECK YES! Man, my posts must be really boring to read. Nothing is really happening nor is it exciting. I don't really have anything insightful to say and I really am not thinking about anything at the present. I just have absolutely nothing going on right now. Go figure, right? I'm always the one who is just "around" and never "into something." Enough of my uninsightfulness (if that is a word). I think it is high time that I either hit the sack or do something a little more worthwhile, no? Peace
